New Member Registration

To become a utility member of OHWARN, utilities must execute an OHWARN Agreement. Use the form below to register as a new member of the OHWARN network. Registration allows you to receive the latest information from OHWARN, however, it is not a legal commitment to provide services to other utilities.

After you have filled out this form, you will receive a confirmation email which will direct you to verify your address by clicking on the link provided. The OHWARN administrator will then "approve" your membership application and you will be sent an email to remind you to finalize you registration by completing your entire utility profile.
